We retired from retail pharmacy in Nov. 2016. I was a compounding pharmacist from Oct. 1990 until retirement. Enjoyed profession greatly and miss our patients. Phyllis and I have been active in church and community and continue to do so. Most of our time is spent with grandchildren. Tara has two and Kristin has eight. We are fortunate that Kristin lives on family farm 38.1 miles away and Tara is in Iowa City 80 miles. The car knows the way on autopilot. Our house and woods got a direct tornado hit on June 30, 2014 and I am still working on damage.

School Story

My favorite times at City High were the operettas and my chorus friends.
Most favorite: September of 1965 when I met Phyllis Thudium 3 weeks before she moved with her family to Ann Arbor, Michigan. Took her to Little Hawk football game and after dance and fell in love. Married 5 years later.

I just caught up on last 30 days of posts. Barb, I hope you do well from here on. My orthopedic doc told me a couple years ago that it was time for hip replacement. I already knew that from the pain, but fortunately I met a doctor from Montana who specializes in stem cell therapy. I went that direction and now have space back (new fibrocartilege) with no pain or limitations. He also took care of my back problem.
