David A. Stalkfleet 60 of Iowa City died, Friday, March 23, 2007 at St. Luke's Medical Center after a long illness.

Private funeral services will be at a later date.

David was born October 14, 1946 the son of Wayne and Mildred (Gamest) Stalkfleet in Iowa City, IA. He married Lynda Rogge in September of 1972. David was a life-long resident of Iowa City and worked as a truck driver for many years.

He is survived by his wife, I.ynda Stalkfleet of Iowa City, his mother, Mildrcd of Iowa City, by one daughter, Michelle Martinez of Kissimee, IL. By three brothers, Don, Paul and Mike Stalkfleet and one sister, Vicki Stalkfleet all of Iowa City. He is survived by his five grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his father, and one brother, Richard.
