Rest in peace my friend. My heart is heavy but also filled with joy for all our happy memories. You were there standing with me at my wedding. We cut Diane Williams wedding cake. We enjoyed the pasture party at Willie's...my first time drinking an adult beverage and your first hangover! Remember sneak ing you up to your bedroom and telling your dear mother you had another migraine! Slumber parties, surprise birthday party on the parking ramp. Roommates on N. Linn street. Your year at Syracuse University... Then life took us on different paths, but I never forgot our friendship and was so happy when we all traveled to San Francisco as we turned Sassy Sixty! Our daughter, Amy, was born on your birthday and shares middle name with you. Miss you my friend. 'Til we meet again...

We lived across the street from one another on N Linn, walked to school at Central and terrified the neighborhood singing OKLAHOMA and THE LION SLEEPS TONIGHT at the top of our lungs. Such laughter, loyalty and love. See you down the road Deb to do another chorus of Wheema-Whacka.
